Effective January 1, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of builtstronghold.com (the "Site"), operated by Stronghold Construction ("Stronghold," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed Arizona general contractor (AZ ROC License: 354046) based in Flagstaff, Arizona. By using this Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of This Site
This Site is provided for general informational purposes only. All content, including cost estimates, project timelines, scope descriptions, and contractor guidance, is general in nature and intended to help visitors understand the kinds of work Stronghold performs and how we approach it.
Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding bid, quote, proposal, or contract. Any figures or timeframes mentioned are illustrative examples only. No information on this Site should be relied upon as a professional estimate for your specific project without a written quote issued directly by Stronghold Construction following a site assessment.
2. No Contractor-Client Relationship
Visiting, browsing, or using this Site does not create a contractor-client relationship, professional relationship, or any other binding relationship between you and Stronghold Construction. No such relationship is created until both parties have signed a written contract.
If you would like to engage Stronghold for a project, contact us directly at hello@builtstronghold.com or through the contact form on this Site. We will walk you through our process, conduct a site assessment, and provide a written quote before any work begins.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, photographs, illustrations, logos, design elements, graphics, and the overall look and feel of the Site, is owned by Stronghold Construction or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any content from this Site for any commercial purpose, or in any manner that could compete with Stronghold's business, without our prior written permission. Requests for permission may be sent to hello@builtstronghold.com.
Personal, non-commercial use, such as sharing a page link or referencing our work in conversation, is permitted provided you do not alter the content or remove any attribution.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. Specifically, you may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content or data from this Site without our written consent
- Use Site content to build or operate a competing service or product
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law, including the laws of the State of Arizona
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of this Site or its underlying systems
- Transmit any content that is harmful, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable through any contact form or communication channel on this Site
We reserve the right to block access to the Site for any user we determine is violating these terms.
5. No Warranties
This Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stronghold Construction disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this Site current and accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, up to date, or free from errors. Construction costs, material prices, timelines, and regulatory requirements change frequently. Do not rely on Site content as a substitute for direct professional consultation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Stronghold Construction, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or any content on it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This includes, without limitation, damages arising from reliance on any cost estimate, timeline, or other information on this Site; any errors or omissions in Site content; or any interruption or unavailability of the Site.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of this Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Coconino County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
8. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this Site through good-faith negotiation. Either party may initiate this process by providing written notice to the other describing the dispute in reasonable detail. The parties will then make a genuine effort to reach a resolution within thirty (30) days of that notice before pursuing litigation or other formal remedies.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief where delay would cause irreparable harm.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of this Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice, but we are not obligated to notify individual users of every update.
