Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding bid, quote, proposal, or contract. Any figures or timeframes mentioned are illustrative examples only. No information on this Site should be relied upon as a professional estimate for your specific project without a written quote issued directly by Stronghold Construction following a site assessment.

2. No Contractor-Client Relationship

Visiting, browsing, or using this Site does not create a contractor-client relationship, professional relationship, or any other binding relationship between you and Stronghold Construction. No such relationship is created until both parties have signed a written contract.

3. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any content from this Site for any commercial purpose, or in any manner that could compete with Stronghold's business, without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use, such as sharing a page link or referencing our work in conversation, is permitted provided you do not alter the content or remove any attribution.

7. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of this Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Coconino County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

8. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this Site through good-faith negotiation. Either party may initiate this process by providing written notice to the other describing the dispute in reasonable detail. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief where delay would cause irreparable harm.
