Who We Are
Stronghold Construction is a licensed Arizona general contractor (AZ ROC License: 354046) based in Flagstaff, Arizona. We operate the website builtstronghold.com. Questions about this policy can be directed to hello@builtstronghold.com.
What We Collect
We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it through our contact or quote request forms. That information may include:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Project details you choose to share (location, scope, timeline, etc.)
We do not collect payment information, government-issued identification, or any sensitive personal data.
How We Use Your Information
The information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry or service request. We use it to:
- Reply to your message or quote request
- Schedule site visits and follow up on project discussions
- Maintain records of our business correspondence
We do not use your information for marketing to third parties, do not sell it, and do not share it with anyone outside of the processors listed below.
Third-Party Processors
Two third-party services process data in connection with this website:
Formspree — Our contact and quote forms are handled by Formspree (formspree.io). When you submit a form, your information is transmitted through Formspree's servers before being delivered to us. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data in transit. We do not store form submissions on Formspree beyond what is required to deliver them to us.
Google Fonts — Every page on this site loads fonts (Space Grotesk, Inter, Caveat) from Google's font CDN. When your browser requests those fonts, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information as part of the standard HTTP request. We do not control that data exchange. Google's privacy policy governs it.
Cookies
Stronghold Construction does not set cookies of our own. We do not run analytics, ad retargeting, or any tracking scripts.
Google Fonts may set performance or preference cookies as part of CDN delivery. We have no visibility into or control over those cookies. If you prefer to block them, most browsers allow you to do so through their privacy settings.
Data Retention
We retain inquiry information for as long as it is reasonably necessary for business purposes — typically the duration of any project discussion or relationship, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. If you would like your information deleted sooner, contact us at hello@builtstronghold.com and we will remove it.
We Do Not Sell Personal Data
Stronghold Construction does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. This applies to all users, including California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.
California Residents — Your Rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the following rights regarding personal information we have collected about you:
- Right to know. You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for which we collected it, and any third parties with whom we have shared it.
- Right to deletion. You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Right to opt out of sale. You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. Because we do not sell personal information, this right is already satisfied — no opt-out action is required.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To submit a request, email us at hello@builtstronghold.com with the subject line "CCPA Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 days.

Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coconino County, Arizona.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of this website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We do not anticipate frequent changes — when we make them, they will reflect genuine updates to how we operate, not legal boilerplate churn.
