Cedar Ridge Single-Family Build
A 2,200 sq ft single-family home on a wooded lot in Williams. Covered porch, open great room with exposed ridge beam, three bedrooms, and spray foam insulation throughout.

The clients had owned their lot in Williams for two years before they found a builder they felt comfortable with. They came to us with a finished set of architect drawings and one clear ask: build it right, be honest when the budget needs a conversation, and don’t cut corners on the structure or envelope.
We broke ground in January and handed over keys in June. The project came in on budget. The one addition was a wrap-around porch that the owners decided to add during framing once they saw how the trees framed the view from that side of the house. That one we were happy to accommodate.
There’s something satisfying about a project where a family gets exactly what they planned in a place they chose carefully. This was that kind of job.
